• BRICK is a place to grow and develop. We have designed a great program for aspiring teachers entering the Educational field as an elementary, middle, or high school teacher. This experience allows the Teacher in Training to get hands-on experience working alongside a veteran teacher in the classroom while working towards earning your teaching certification within 1 year.

All roles require NJ state school leader certification, except for SOM.

B3 participants must have or be in the process of acquiring their school leader certification to receive the stipend payment and continue in the program.
