Operations: Leading for Impact
At BRICK Education Network, the operations team manages all non-instructional functions, services, and staff so that the instructional team can maintain an intense focus on education and student achievement and intensify instructional time. School Operation Managers (SOM) ensure that the school is managed with operational quality and economic prudence by forming, refining and executing policies and systems while maintaining the mission of BEN. The Operations team works to create a culture of service and support. The SOM partners with the leadership team to improve a school-wide culture of admiration and achievement and a team culture grounded in similar goals, common respect, understanding towards others, and an appreciation of diversity. The SOM is a next generation educator who is a critical thinker and innovative problem solver with a high level of emotional intelligence.
