YOLANDA WOOD

Yolanda Wood is the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Niagara University’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In this role, Wood assists the college community in creating an inclusive environment, and she oversees compliance for Title IX, Title VII, sexual assault, and discrimination policies. Wood has been working in higher education for over fifteen years, most recently as the Chief Operations Officer at the Bob Lanier Center for Educational, Physical, and Cultural Development. In this role, she was able to make major changes to the operations and structure of the center’s programs in order to provide holistic services to students. Wood holds a Master of Science in Education and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. She is also currently working on her Doctorate in Education and looks forward to continuing her work of providing students with the best possibilities for success.
