Our amazing volunteers help us better serve the children and families of the South Ward. Please see below for a few of our signature events. We hope you can join us!
South Ward Gives Community Coat Pop-Up Shop
In partnership with Macy's, the annual event provides children and families living in the South Ward with new winter coats to stay warm. Last year, with the support of our volunteers, we distributed about 1,000 coats to the community.

Summer Fun Fest
A beloved community event to celebrate the end of the school year, encourage community engagement, and provide students with learning packets to reduce learning loss over the summer. To receive more information, complete the volunteer interest form.
Annual South Ward Gives Thanksgiving Luncheon
Providing delicious meals from a celebrity chef to South Ward residents. Last year, we served over 800 meals and prepared 300 meals for delivery to seniors. To receive more information, complete the volunteer interest form.
